Michael E. Kelahan – BS, MS Metallurgical Engineering

Phosphate Consulting LLC is led by Michael Kelahan. Mike has over 41 years of phosphate beneficiation experience worldwide and is a "qualified person" pursuant to NI43-101. His experience also includes over 24 years of phosphoric acid pilot plant design and testing activities. For the last 28 years, he has either managed or was the process lead on over 50 phosphate feasibility studies, bankable feasibility studies, and basic engineering projects, comprising both sedimentary and igneous phosphate ore types. Mike’s expertise includes: slurry handling; reagent conditioning and flotation utilizing mechanical or column flotation cells; and solids-liquid separation equipment specification, utilization, and operation for both pilot plant and production facilities.

Henry Lamb – BS, MS Geology

Henry is a Professional Geologist and provides over 39 years of experience in mining, geology, and exploration of phosphate deposits, mine/production planning, economic analysis, and operation and maintenance of phosphate mineral projects in the US and internationally. He is currently the geological advisor to several companies pursuing development of phosphate rock deposits. Henry is also associated with international projects funded by the World Bank and the US Trade and Development Agency. His professional experience includes drilling program planning and supervision, mines planning from inception through production, ore reserve/resource estimation, economic analysis, and mineral property appraisal. Henry is a competent person for JORC Code compliance and a qualified person pursuant to NI43-101.

Eugene Armbrister – BS Aerospace Engineering, MS Engineering Mechanics

Gene has over 40 years of experience in the management of phosphate mining and beneficiation facilities. He served as the Mine Manager for IMC Global and was responsible for start up and operation of their $1 billion Four Corners Mine. Gene also was the Mine Services Manager for IMC Global and, in this capacity, he directed project and process engineering activities, geology, mine planning, permitting and environmental affairs for 7 mining and processing facilities. Gene has also served as the General Manager for IMC Global where he was responsible for mining and processing operations, strip mining, and beneficiation of phosphate rock at several operations in central Florida. Recently, Gene has provided consulting services including mine evaluations, feasibility studies, operations reviews, and profitability studies to Mosaic, Jacobs Engineering, IMC Global, and other international firms.

Mack Barber – BS Chemical Engineering

Mack has over 50 years of experience in chemical fertilizer operations ranging from Production Manager to Executive Vice President. He is a proven leader in the design, redesign, and debottlenecking of phosphate fertilizer facilities and is a recognized industry expert in phosphoric acid, granular fertilizers, and nitrogen in the US, Russia, Brazil, Mexico, Morocco, Canada, and the Philippines. He has managed over 40 technical audits, due diligence, and project development projects involving phosphate rock, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, NPK, MAP, DAP, TSP, ammonia, ammonium sulfate, and dicalcium phosphate. Mack is also a qualified person pursuant to NI43-101.

Robert Kelahan – BS, MS Chemical Engineering, MBA

Robert is owner of Simulation Consulting LLC and has over 30 years experience in dynamic simulation and process control across a broad spectrum of chemical, metallurgical, and refining processes. His expertise in sulfuric acid and fertilizers began with Monsanto, where he developed advanced control and dynamic simulation programs for control system validation for new facilities and expansions. He has also developed key models for simulations in ammonia manufacturing, natural gas processing, and mineral beneficiation processes.

M. Robert Kelahan – BS Mechanical Engineering

Bob has experience in all phases of phosphate ore beneficiation testing and phosphoric acid pilot plant testing. His experience includes development of material balances, PFD’s, P&ID’s, equipment specifications, and development of cost estimates for phosphate beneficiation facilities. As a process engineer, Bob has worked on mineral processing projects involving testing of phosphate ore samples from Florida, Idaho, Kazakhstan, Canada, Mozambique, and the Republic of Congo.

Don Wall – Project Engineer

Don has over 40 years of diversified experience in mechanical, piping, and structural design engineering. His background includes layout and design of phosphate beneficiation plants, as well as lime, sand, and aggregate facilities. He has extensive experience in the design of bulk material handling systems.
